The parish of Navan consists of five medieval parishes – Athlumney, Cannistown, Donaghmore, Dunmoe and Navan. The two main churches of the parish are St Mary’s (opened in 1839) and St Oliver’s (opened in 1977).
St Anne’s Chapel was refurbished in 2007 and the Hospital Chapel was renovated in 2016.

The Sacrament of Confession is celebrated every Saturday from 12:00noon until 1:00pm and also after the 10:00 Thursday Mass before every First Friday of the month
