• Set the iPad or screen in a good location without distractions.
• The assembly / time of prayer can be viewed via www.navanparish.ie/webcam
• Please light your child’s baptismal candle on the table.
• If you have a St Brigid’s cross or a crucifix, place it nearby.
• If you have a bottle of Holy Water at home, place it nearby.
• Find the Gospel passage from Mark 4:35 and read it with your child beforehand.
Download the cartoon of Pope Francis carrying the Lord Jesus in the boat with the disciples.
• Please encourage others in the family to join with you.

The video summary below of last Friday in St Peter’s Square describes some of the main parts of the message of Pope Francis.
Can you watch it with your family before we all tune in on Thursday?

A full version and text of the beautiful homily of Pope Francis is available here which might be of interest to older people in the house.

The above PDF link has a drawing which is based on the passage from St Mark’s Gospel which was used at last Friday’s ceremony and blessing in Rome.

• Ask your child to colour it in for us please.

• Please send your entries by email to sacraments@navanparish.ie not later than Friday morning at 10:00am. Don’t forget to include your child’s name and school name!

• We are looking forward to seeing the coloured-in pages.
THREE prizes will be awarded on Saturday for the best use of colour!!

We invite you to connect with us through the parish webcam for Sunday Masses and the ceremonies of Holy Week 2020.
